Samburu Reserve: Archer's Gate along the Ewaso Ng'iro
A game drive from Archer's Gate along the north bank of the Ewaso Ng'iro River through Samburu National Reserve to the area of Samburu Lodge. The river draws elephants and other animals to the doum palms and riverine forest, and the reserve is home to northern species such as Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx and gerenuk.
