Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all visitors, contributors, and other users who access or use the Service. Your access to the platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

To unlock specific archival capabilities, users establish an explorer profile authenticated via email One-Time Passwords (OTP).

• You are responsible for safeguarding your session access and maintaining accurate profile identifiers.
• Ranks (Explorer, Pathfinder, Trailblazer, Vanguard) represent points accumulated through verified contributions. We reserve the right to audit points, modify progression tiers, or suspend accounts if registry metrics are manipulated or falsified.
• Account Deletion: You can terminate your account at any time via the settings menu in the mobile application. When deleting your account, you can choose to either (a) delete all your contributed trails, reviews, comments, and media, or (b) anonymize your contributions, in which case they will remain on the platform but be marked as authored by `@deleteduser` and your personal identifier links will be deactivated. This selection is permanent and irreversible once confirmed.

Users can submit GPX telemetry, coordinates, terrain reports, difficulty ratings, and media files ("Content"):

• By publishing Content to the registry, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to parse, compile, display, modify, and distribute the telemetry data for public use.
• You warrant that you own or have permission to submit the telemetry data, and that it does not infringe on private property, restricted military areas, or native preservation lands.
• Our moderation teams (including Vanguard tier users) reserve the absolute right to reject, prune, or flag any submission that fails data precision checks or promotes unsafe route tracking.

TrailX enables community interaction through reviews, comments, and photo sharing. To ensure a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for all participants:

• Content Filtering: All user-generated content, including comments and photos, is subject to filtering and proactive screening for objectionable material prior to publication.
• Administrative Review & Removal: App administrators reserve the absolute right to review all submitted comments, reviews, and photos, and may delete any content without the user's prior consent if it is found to be offensive, contain nudity or sexually explicit material, promote unsafe practices, or be otherwise deemed inappropriate.
• User Suspension & Banning: App administrators reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban abusive users who violate these guidelines or engage in harassment.

TrailX compiles high-fidelity telemetry, topographic projections, and weather safety risk models. All information is provided for planning and educational purposes only.

• Geospatial coordinates (GPX files) are prone to device margins of error, signal degradation, and satellite variance.
• Mountain conditions, trail erosion, and trail access status are highly volatile and change due to weather and local land closures.
• We make no representations or warranties regarding the absolute safety or accuracy of any trail indexed in our global registry.

In no event shall Air Microservices LLC, its developers, moderators, or community contributors be held liable for any direct or indirect injury, death, physical loss, property damage, trespassing fines, or legal penalties resulting from the use of navigation data compiled on this platform. You assume full personal responsibility for your off-road expeditions.

Our telemetry parsing engines, custom map interfaces, graphics, code, and branded assets are owned by or licensed to Air Microservices LLC. You are granted permission to download individual GPX files for personal, non-commercial navigation. Automated scraping or commercial redistribution of our registry database is strictly prohibited.
