Setti Fatma Waterfalls Hike

Added on 14 Oct 2026
Logged by @trailx

Above Setti Fatma, at the head of the Ourika valley road, a path crosses the river and climbs a side valley past a series of seven cascades. The first falls are a short walk past riverside cafes; the upper falls involve exposed ledges, fixed-rope sections and stretches where the path follows the streambed.

General Instructions

About 3 km return to the upper falls; allow 2-3 hours, longer to reach all seven. Wear shoes with good grip, as rocks near the falls are wet and slippery. The Ourika rises fast after storms; do not go up the side valley when rain is forecast.
