Trail Profile

General Instructions

About 19 km one way on mapped paths from Azilane, with a descent into the valley before the main climb; allow two days or start higher up by 4x4 from Chefchaouen, as many guided trips do. Spring and autumn are best; snow can cover the summit in winter. Paths are poorly marked, so carry a map or hire a guide.
