Added on 14 Oct 2026
Logged by @trailx

From Voi on the edge of Tsavo East, this drive heads west across the plains to Mwatate and then climbs a winding road into the Taita Hills to Wundanyi, the county headquarters. The hills rise abruptly from the dry Tsavo plains and hold terraced farms and patches of cloud forest with endemic birds.
