Ngong Hills Ridge Traverse

Added on 14 Oct 2026
Logged by @trailx

The classic walk along the Ngong Hills follows the grassy ridge of seven knolls from the Ngong Hills gate above Ngong town south to the Kona Baridi gate. The ridge separates Nairobi's suburbs from the Rift Valley, so views open over the city on one side and down the escarpment to the valley floor on the other.
