Trail Profile

General Instructions

About 13 km one way, almost all on stone steps, with roughly 1,100 m of climbing. Most people take a cable car one way to save their knees; walking both stairways is a long, hard day. The summit is busy in holiday periods and cold and wet in winter. Carry water and a rain layer.
