Col d'Izoard (2,360 m) is one of the great Tour de France climbs. The classic side starts in Briançon: 19 km at an average 5.8%, gaining 1,105 m. The lunar scree of the Casse Déserte and the Coppi–Bobet memorial. First Tour appearance: 1922 (about 36 times). Warren Barguil won the first summit finish in 2017.
